Payment
Payment for the course must be made in full prior to commencement. Partial payments will not be considered.
Cancellations
Missed workshops will not be reimbursed. You can attend any workshops you miss the next time the course is run.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the course before week four due to ill health or other extenuating circumstances a partial refund may be considered. The amount of such refund will be at the discretion of IM WebMastery and will depend on the value and terms of other bonuses and information already delivered. Alternatively you can resume your training without penalty or price rise at the same point the next time the course is held.
Refunds after week 4 will not be considered.
If you withdraw from the course at week 4 due to dissatisfaction according to our stated guarantee you can claim a full refund after demonstrating that you have made all reasonable effort to learn the material. If this is granted you must hand back the manual in undamaged condition. You will no longer have access to the membership area, knowledge library or other online resources.
Confidentiality
In undertaking this course other participants may disclose certain information relating to their business or markets they are researching. You must agree not to guzump such disclosures for your own gain.
One of the benefits of group learning is the ability to mastermind and improve oneself faster than by doing it all alone. However, anyone found to be directly "stealing" another's ideas will be removed from the group. No refund will be given and all privileges will be revoked.
Competency
The course requires you to have average computer skills. It assumes you are familar with your computer's operating system and know how to navigate and set up folders. Don't try to learn this material on a new Mac laptop for example if you are more familiar with PC.
You are responsible for ensuring your laptop is "fit for purpose" during workshops or coaching. Allowances can't be made if you run out of credit for example. It would penalize the group.
Budget on spending at least 4 additional hours on your own time each week to implement what you learn during the course. This is the minimum I will accept before entertaining a refund if you're not "getting" the material. You'll only become a master by expending some effort.
Media Rights
Some segments may be videoed for inclusion in the online knowledge library. By participating in this program you renounce any and all claims on this content. You also grant IM WebMastery, Hyperlink Studio and associated companies full permission to repackage said content for marketing or other purposes. The same applies to any testimonials you may give.
